Ergopacks strapping machine with improved ergonomics
The ErgoPackSystem is the only mobile semi-automatic strapping system in the world that enables flexible, ergonomic strapping of pallets. In order to further increase work safety and ease of use during this process, ErgoPack Deutschland GmbH has now developed a comprehensive range of new features for the tried-and-tested strapping machine.
For example, new, special dampers reduce noise levels by up to 5.1 dB and additional covers protect corners and edges, for example on the battery housing. Handling and ergonomics have also been further improved, including a redesign of the handles and changes to the frame that make the system easier to maneuver. "To make the strapping process even quieter than before, we have developed a series of dampers," explains Andreas Kimmerle, Managing Director of ErgoPack Deutschland GmbH. "We have fitted them at critical points where metal used to meet metal." This made it possible, for example, to reduce the noise generated when returning the return carriage to the machine.
