Gebrüder Weiss: Andreas Kayser becomes Country Manager Air & Sea Germany
Lauterach/Hamburg, 10.11.2017 - Andreas Kayser (37) is taking over the German country management of air and sea freight at the international logistics company Gebrüder Weiss. "With Andreas Kayser, we have brought a real air and sea freight expert on board. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of the industry and the international market, he is predestined for the further development of our Air & Sea services in Germany," says Vojislav Jevtic, the responsible Regional Manager.
Andreas Kayser has many years of logistics experience in the Air & Sea sector and has already held various management positions at globally active logistics companies. Before joining Gebrüder Weiss, the Rhineland-Palatinate native was Managing Director Germany at an international logistics service provider. In 2017, Gebrüder Weiss put its air and sea freight network in Germany on a completely new footing and established four new locations in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Munich within a year. The opening of an Air & Sea branch in Stuttgart is planned for the beginning of 2018. In total, Gebrüder Weiss employs around 100 air and sea freight experts at its five German locations. red
