Space-saving and scalable storage

Gridstore is the space-saving, scalable and high-throughput solution for storing small and medium-sized items. Together with control software, Gridstore lays the foundation for highly efficient storage and picking processes in the smallest of spaces.

The grid is characterized by its simple design and flexible expandability. The arrangement of the rails defines the rack and therefore the geometry of the storage locations. The rails are extruded aluminum profiles with tracks on the top that allow two robots to pass adjacent storage locations. The Ace and Switch robots equipped with PowerCaps move through the warehouse under the control of the Gridstore Control routing software.

Ergonomic workstations, direct connection to conveyor technology

Gridstore containers are available in three different heights and can be used in a shaft regardless of this height. The silent running floor enables direct connection to conveyor technology or autonomous mobile robots (AMR). The Shift and Orbit workstations are characterized by the best possible ergonomics, the highest safety standards and flexibility.

Numerous features such as pick-by-light systems, safety components and individual software solutions facilitate safe working and permanently increase pick rates and accuracy. The Gridstore Vision and Control software is a modular and scalable solution for improving the performance of warehouses of any size. Gridstore-Control stands for intelligent, reliable and flexible control of the entire system. Gridstore-Vision displays the entire system technology in graphical and tabular form. The block storage design makes Gridstore an extremely space-saving solution. The increased container weight of 50 kg instead of the 35 kg typical for the market and the 300 kg increase in stacking load to 1.2 tons reinforce this benefit. Gridstore thus achieves an unprecedented density.
