The system has been in operation for over 23 years and is a central element of production logistics. The high-bay warehouse has around 5,000 pallet spaces, is in daily multi-shift operation and is closely interlinked with production.

"We chose Stöcklin because we have had very good experiences for many years - service, availability and cooperation are simply right", says H. Christ, Head of Intralogistics Ricola.

In addition to the long-standing collaboration, the close proximity of the two companies in Laufen was also a decisive factor in the awarding of the project.

The project is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2027. Implementation should be completed by the end of 2027. The aim of the retrofit is to modernize the technology while safeguarding ongoing processes.
