Schwank Group reports record sales
The Schwank Group, manufacturer of infrared indoor heating systems, has achieved the best sales year in its history. In the 2018 financial year, the company generated record sales of 50.6 million euros. This was the third year in a row that the Schwank Group achieved double-digit sales growth.
Strong domestic demand made a significant contribution to the positive operating result, with the company generating sales of EUR 25.3 million, an increase of 15%. Foreign sales reached 25.3 million euros, an increase of 8 percent.
Oliver Schwank, Managing Partner of the Schwank Group, was extremely satisfied: "The record result is proof that our strategy of offering holistic, efficient and environmentally-oriented industrial heating and air conditioning technology is working. Customers appreciate the quality of our products and services. In addition, as a medium-sized family business, we can act quickly and flexibly. Coupled with our rock-solid financial strength - our equity ratio is over 70 percent - we have the freedom to drive forward further important innovations in heating and air conditioning technology."
