New work platform from Zarges

Zarges has developed a new height-adjustable work platform that is characterized by its mobile and flexible use, an optionally available extension platform and work safety. With a load capacity of up to 300 kilograms and a clear height of up to four meters, it is even possible to drive over machines and commercial vehicles.

The height-adjustable work platform is available in two standard sizes or freely configurable variants. It can be used up to a working height of 6.25 meters. The working platform is operated without electricity. Its design makes it easy to move thanks to its large castors. Additional extensions and spindles ensure a secure footing, even in the version with an additional platform. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor work.

Thanks to an all-round guardrail, two people can work safely at height on the platform with a total load of up to 300 kilograms. If necessary, the guardrail can also be removed from the working side. Three height-adjustable access options provide further flexibility and adaptability. You can choose between a space-saving fixed ladder, a removable sliding ladder or a convenient height-adjustable staircase. The optimized maintenance access is also characterized by an overhang of the optionally available additional platform, which is either permanently mounted or foldable. Users can deploy the work platform both as a front and side working platform, including optional access from the rear. "Our new height-adjustable work platform is designed to meet the specific requirements for the maintenance of commercial vehicles and machines," says Martina Moritz, Product Manager Work and Maintenance Platforms at Zarges. "Its flexibility and mobility, combined with the highest possible level of work safety, make the work platform the ideal tool for regular maintenance."
