Incas becomes part of the SSI Schäfer Group

Incas was founded in Biella in 1981 and offers its customers integrated systems and software solutions in addition to industrial automation solutions for logistics and production monitoring.

The takeover creates the ideal conditions for the company to develop into a leading manufacturer in the field of supply chain automation in Italy.

The management of Incas will continue to lead the company and will benefit from a high degree of flexibility, competence and know-how in the Italian market, coupled with SSI Schaefer's broad technology and solution portfolio.
