Peter Meier becomes CFO at DKV
The mobility service provider DKV Euro Service has appointed Peter Meier as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from January 2, 2020. He succeeds Dr. Werner Grünewald, who is leaving the company at the end of the year.
In addition to his role as CFO for DKV Euro Service, Peter Meier completes the management team of DKV Mobility Services Holding together with Marco van Kalleveen (CEO) and Dr. Hendrik Rosenboom (CDO). "With Peter Meier, we have gained another top international manager for our company," says CEO Marco van Kalleveen and adds: "With his unique financial and capital market expertise, Peter will help us to achieve our ambitious growth targets. With him, our management team is now complete and ideally positioned for the future."
Meier has many years of experience as CFO of global companies. Most recently, he was CFO of HERE Technologies, a provider of digital mapping and location-based platform services.
