According to the company, a fully digital transport chain is guaranteed for Kratzer Automation customers across national borders. This is also linked to comprehensive tracking & tracing at all stages.

More speed and precision required
"Many logistics companies today are faced with the challenge of transporting goods throughout Europe and beyond at ever-increasing speeds and with maximum precision. This requires precise planning. With our new module for Global Transport Planning (GTP), we support the delivery of goods across networks and depots with minimal effort and a high degree of automation," says Franz Renger, logistics expert at Kratzer Automation.

Effective monitoring
Global Transport Planning (GTP) integrates seamlessly into transport management solutions to ensure a fully digital transport chain and comprehensive monitoring along the entire supply chain. Dispatchers have an overview of transport connections across all network nodes and can control the forwarding of shipments. In addition to better transparency and a higher degree of automation, this also results in advantages in transshipment, allowing logisticians to increase efficiency in cross-docking. Under- and overcapacities can be identified at an early stage and short-term changes during the course of a shipment are automatically taken into account.
