MAN Truck & Bus Service continues operations

MAN Truck & Bus is maintaining the service network for its MAN and Neoplan brands even in times of crisis. This also applies to MAN's own service operations and to MAN Truck & Bus partner operations in the DACH region, provided this is permitted by the authorities.

In order to protect employees, customers and service providers in the best possible way, hygiene regulations have been significantly tightened once again. In addition, a contactless ordering and order processing system for spare parts has been introduced throughout the DACH region. This includes ordering by telephone, digital media and via an online store. Spare parts are also delivered or handed over without personal contact.

In this absolutely exceptional situation, we therefore want to do everything we can to support them in the best possible way.
