Krummen Kerzers expands into Germany
The Swiss transport and logistics service provider Krummen Kerzers is focusing on growth. The company has now opened a site in Weil am Rhein in Baden-Württemberg.
From there, the company will initially carry out up to 20 full truck loads (FTL) of fresh produce per week, mainly in southern Germany, with further activities in Germany to follow. The new location also has good connections to the entire Alpine region, as well as the company's locations in Pratteln and Cadenazzo. "The opening of the premises in Germany is a strategic step for us to drive forward the internationalization of our brand," says Peter Krummen, Managing Director of Krummen Kerzers AG. With the establishment of the new location, Krummen Kerzers is creating a transshipment point for the flow of goods between Switzerland and Germany and to the whole of Europe.
