By founding the academy, Seeland aims to offer particularly qualified and practical training in the heavy goods sector. "When training our staff, we also place great value on respectful interaction with one another, community, responsibility and innovation," says Johann Evers, Managing Director, Gustav Seeland GmbH. "Because we have flat hierarchies and are open to suggestions for improvement and new ideas, regardless of position in the company."

The promotion of young talent extends to all areas of the company, such as heavy and special transportation, crane work, industrial assembly, heavy goods storage and engineering. The establishment of the academy is intended to offer future heavy goods experts excellent career opportunities. At the same time, the company wants to retain future personnel in the long term.
