Future of the rail industry discussed in Berlin
The 6th Railway Forum will take place in Berlin on October 1 and 2. Representatives from the rail industry and politics will discuss the transformation of the rail industry.
The Railway Forum Berlin brings together over 1,000 decision-makers and experts from the rail industry to discuss future developments and challenges. The participants include railroad operators, manufacturers and suppliers at all tier levels, political decision-makers and experts from Germany and Europe.
New technologies and trends are driving change
The rail industry is changing, with new technologies and trends such as digitalization and automation gaining in importance. In addition to technological issues, increasing European and global competition will require producers and operators to adapt. These developments will be the focus of the 6th Railway Forum in Berlin. Uwe Günther (CPO Deutsche Bahn) and Rolf Härdi (CTO, Deutsche Bahn) are the patrons of the event and will provide the impetus for the content.

Program highlights include contributions from Dr. Richard Lutz (CEO, Deutsche Bahn) and Alexander Doll (CFO, Freight Transport and Logistics, Deutsche Bahn). In addition to the conference, more than 110 exhibitors are expected at the accompanying trade exhibition.
