Corona crisis: nox NachtExpress launches consulting project
In order to protect people and break the chain of coronavirus infection, processes need to be rethought. This also includes the receipt of consignments. nox NachtExpess has therefore decided to share its knowledge of contactless delivery.
The website www.kontaktlose-logistik.de was launched as an initial source of information. Here, interested parties can find an initial overview and take a quick test to implement contactless logistics. Further information materials such as a white paper are also planned. "Delivery staff who deliver spare parts or consumables come into contact with a large number of people during their delivery rounds. Each individual can be infectious without knowing it and infect their fellow human beings. This means that the delivery person, who does their job responsibly and carefully, becomes a risk factor to a certain extent without wanting to or being able to do much about it. We can only influence this by avoiding personal contact between the recipient and the delivery person - just as we have been doing in overnight express with receiptless delivery for over 55 years," says Donald Pilz, CEO of nox NachtExpress.
