ADAC Truckservice extends aid package for logistics
ADAC Truckservice is passing on the three percent VAT reduction from the German government's economic stimulus package in full to its customers. In addition, the liquidity assistance for the transport industry will be extended by a further 90 days.
The Covid-19 discount of ten percent, which was originally valid until the end of the month, will therefore apply until September 30, 2020.
"This crisis has also hit us hard economically. Nevertheless, we believe it is important to show solidarity and give logistics companies the breathing space they need. We want to make a small contribution with the extension so that small and medium-sized transport companies in particular can now get back on their feet more quickly," says Dirk Fröhlich, Managing Director of ADAC Truckservice.
The discount applies to all breakdown reports received directly on the emergency hotlines 0 800 5 24 80 00 (Germany) and 0049 7333 80 83 50 (abroad). It is automatically granted on the entire breakdown assistance bill. This includes, for example, all spare parts and tires as well as towing, in addition to the assistance call and call-out costs.
