stow optimizes warehouse at MPE-Garry
Higher, faster, further: the turnover rate in MPE-Garry's warehouse has increased rapidly in recent years. So it's high time that capacities were also significantly increased.
The stow Mobile mobile racking system was the perfect solution. The system runs on guide rails permanently cast into the foundation and provides storage space for an additional 320 pallets in this project. Mobile racking systems are systems in which static racking systems are mounted on automated mobile trolleys. This makes it possible to close aisles that are not currently required, thereby optimizing the use of storage space. Mobile racking systems are the ideal solution when compact storage with simultaneous individual access to pallets is required. The result is impressive, as MPE-Garry is now working even more ergonomically and efficiently thanks to an increase in storage space of around 40 percent, reports stow. "Continuous further development to meet the demands of the market and customers" - that is MPE-Garry's maxim. "The expansion of storage capacity for connectors, heat sinks and cable assemblies is an important step for the future," explained Alfred Hipp, Commercial Director and authorized signatory of MPE-Garry GmbH.
