LLamasoft reports record sales growth in 2018
The software manufacturer LLamasoft was able to further expand its solid growth in the 2018 financial year and recorded an increase in turnover of over 40 percent with its existing customers compared to 2017.
More clarity about external influences
The company acquired 80 new customers last year. To support this growth, LLamasoft increased the number of its employees by more than 15 percent worldwide. With its software, LLamasoft aims to help companies better understand how internal and external influences - such as customs tariffs, Brexit, changing customer requirements and the desire for greater sustainability - affect their supply chains.
Taking a close look at supply chains
"Manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers and logistics service providers rely on LLamasoft to solve their supply chain problems," says Razat Gaurav, CEO of LLamasoft. "We provide them with a framework within which they can examine the interactions that underlie their increasingly complex global supply chains. In doing so, we help the world's leading companies to use smarter design and smarter decision making as a competitive advantage. Our own growth shows that more and more companies are committed to leveraging data and advanced algorithms to drive better business outcomes."
