Effective and safe storage of coils and slit strip
Carrier Pool Systems GmbH from Ratingen has launched a new storage system onto the market. The SM-Coil-Stock storage system is the optimum solution for the safe handling and gentle storage of coils and slit strip and is suitable for all coil diameters. The robust steel construction can be easily attached to the hall floor and is therefore ideal for setting up long-term storage areas. Leaking oil can be collected by an optional oil pan.
Logistically functional
Thanks to its low design, the SM coil rack can be driven over with standard forklift trucks. This means it can be loaded quickly and conveniently. The stanchions, which can be attached in eight different positions, prevent the coil from tipping over. The length of the SM-Coil-Stock can be extended by adding further modules to make optimum use of the storage area.
Best product protection and quality
The coil support surfaces can be fitted with a special elastomer mat to protect the high-quality coils from damage to the edges and surfaces. The special elastomer is characterized by its outstanding durability and resilience. The mats are cut-resistant and resistant to oil and weathering, and do not absorb oils.
