Solutions for e-commerce from the Beumer Group
The system provider Beumer Group (BG) is responding to the growing demands on e-commerce fulfillment and is presenting its new BG Pouch system. This provides fashion companies with a bag sorter for direct shipping to consumers and stores.
This matrix sorter enables simplified returns handling because the dynamic buffering eliminates the need for re-storage and order picking. Beumer will also be presenting the BG Sorter Compact CB. The system is suitable for sorting units weighing up to twelve kilograms. It appeals to the target group of courier, express and parcel services, which have to react to the increasing volume of shipments and higher throughputs. Thanks to its compact design, the overall layout can be flexibly configured and is suitable for integration into existing premises. Trade visitors will also be able to experience the BG Line-Sorter - an efficient solution for mail and distribution centers with small and medium capacities. The line sorter conveys letters and bagged goods as well as fragile piece goods. Beumer will also be providing information on digitalization and data evaluation as well as customer support and smart glasses for remote system commissioning and maintenance.
