The ARC5 system from Servus Intralogistics combines the entire warehouse and production logistics, including a fully automated injection molding connection.

46 5th generation Autonomous Robotic Carriers (ARC5) transport containers and cartons at a top speed of up to 5 m/s. Around 11,000 container transports are carried out daily in three-shift operation. In addition, two hopper ARCs - a special type of Servus transport robot - transfer plastic sprues as bulk material from their travel path into octabins below. The Servus ARC5 runs on rails in the unused space under the hall ceiling.

The solution has been nominated in Category 5: Project of the Year 2025. Were you impressed by the project? Then let us know your opinion and vote. Click here for the reader voting!
