Route planning: New version of PTV Map&Guide
PTV Logistics, a provider of software solutions for logistics and transportation, has launched the next generation of its route planning software PTV Map&Guide.
According to the company, the product not only scores highly in terms of the precise calculation of toll costs, truck route planning and user-friendliness, but also takes environmental, social and governance (ESG) requirements into account.
The next generation of the software is now available. It has a new, user-friendly interface that is designed to make it even easier to use. In addition, numerous updates, use cases and functions have been added. These are designed to help users improve route planning, increase efficiency and gain insights into calculations such as transport costs, emissions, tolls, time and distance.
"Our team is excited to introduce the latest version of PTV Map&Guide, which sets a new standard for truck route planning for all vehicle types. This release is the result of innovative technology and user-centered design, and we will continue to refine and expand our solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers and the logistics industry," said Holger Indervoort, Product Manager & Designer at PTV Logistics.
