proLogistik now also offers Hardware-as-a-Service

proLogistik is now offering flexible rental models for its hardware. When using this Hardware-as-a-Service offer, there is no upfront investment. Instead, the devices can be rented at a fixed monthly rate. "In this way, companies maintain their flexibility, remain fully operational and benefit from financial planning security," says Jörg Sänger, Managing Director of proLogistik. "After all, it is a key concern for us that our customers can further increase the quality of their order processing without tying up capital unnecessarily."

In addition to advice and pre-installation, free shipping and full insurance for hardware damage, proLogistik's all-round service package includes additional service and support services. As soon as the customer reports a defective device, a replacement is provided immediately. Short response times are also guaranteed in the event of a repair. "The customer doesn't have to worry about availability either," Jörg Sänger continues. "We have enough replacement devices in the pool." Personal contacts are available on working days from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. if support is required. At the end of the agreed term, a follow-up rental contract is available to your company.
