LOG:IT and TIA A3 Forecast become part of the Remira Group
Following the acquisition of inventory specialist StatControl, the newly founded Remira Group continues to grow. The newest members of the group are the companies LOG:IT and TIA A3 Forecast from Regensburg.
With this acquisition, the Remira Group is expanding its range of services in the areas of warehouse management and supplier management. The newly founded Remira Group includes Remira GmbH with Stat Control, LOG:IT GmbH and TIA A3 Forecast GmbH. The Group's CEO is Thomas Sindermann (pictured), while Reiner Angermeier remains at the helm of LOG:IT and TIA A3 as Managing Director. Together with Managing Director Oliver Jenneskens, Thomas Sindermann is also in charge of Remira GmbH.
"The foundation of the Remira Group is the logical step for further growth. Our task over the next few weeks is to integrate the companies with their different profiles into the Group and develop a forward-looking growth strategy," says Thomas Sindermann. As a result of the merger, the Remira Group will grow to more than 100 employees. This additional capacity will ensure that the level of service and consulting is maintained in the future. In addition, the expansion will create important synergies for internal development, which will help to extend the technological lead of the products. This in turn increases the competitiveness of all companies belonging to the Remira Group and ensures a more flexible scope for action on the market. "The takeover integrates us into an extremely strong technological and economic network. In this way, we are creating the conditions to grow and develop in partnership," says Reiner Angermeier, Managing Director of LOG:IT and TIA A3 Forecast.
The different service portfolios of the new strategic partners involved enable a broader range of services and solutions: The name LOG:IT stands for expertise in the field of warehouse management software, among other things, while TIA A3 specializes in digital inventory management in the fashion segment. Remira is known for its LogoMate inventory management software.
