With augmented reality (AR), Gilgen makes digitalization visible and can demonstrate the desired system to potential customers in three dimensions during the sales process. In the end, the individual customer system is digitally recorded and visualized down to the individual screw. Each individual system element is provided with a unique QR code; service technicians and customers can access all relevant data and information via the cloud. AR can be used to display animated step-by-step instructions directly on the system.
