New DC/DC converter with 400 W
The 400 watt DC/DC converters from MTM Power, which have been tried and tested for years, have been fundamentally revised and are now available as the PCMDS400 especially for automotive applications.
The devices in an aluminum housing operate according to the push-pull principle, whereby an electrically isolated output voltage of 24 V is generated. The push-pull topology used enables wide input voltage ranges with high levels of efficiency. The dimensions are 156.6 mm x 86 mm x 55 mm and the connection is made via spring terminals using push-in technology. The converters are open-circuit proof and short-circuit proof thanks to power limitation on the primary and secondary sides. Other features include a power good signal, remote control and undervoltage cut-off. The maintenance-free transformers are vacuum encapsulated and offer reliable protection against condensation, conductive dust and other environmental influences.
