Sukina - Origami - Tea
Tea bags are a functional and practical everyday companion. They are easy to use and have little in common with classic tea preparation. The redesign of the bag packaging was intended to create an association with classic Japanese tea culture. The focus here was on combining tradition and modernity.
The "Sukina" concept therefore combines the traditional Japanese art of paper folding origami with the practical and modern benefits of the tea bag. Visually appealing, pyramid-like tea bags were aesthetically wrapped in transparent, opaque paper. Both the use of paper and the filigree folding technique perfectly reflect Japanese culture, so that the central idea of "Japanese enjoyment" can be experienced. The practicality of a tea bag is given a new aspect and a new experience for tea enjoyment through the unfolding of the artfully folded paper and the pleasant look and feel.
