Susanne Schreiber is to be elected to the Board of Directors of Interroll Holding AG at the next Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2021. Susanne Schreiber, born in 1974, has been a partner and co-head of the tax department at Bär & Karrer AG in Zurich since 2015. She is a German citizen. She previously worked for an international law firm in Germany and for KPMG in Zurich, where she headed the Swiss M&A tax department until 2015. She therefore has experience in international M&A transactions, capital market transactions and restructurings. Susanne Schreiber holds the second state examination in law in Bavaria and is licensed as a tax advisor in Germany and as a lawyer and certified tax expert in Switzerland.
