After increasing its parcel shipping volume by over 80% in 2019, Seven Senders plans to continue its growth trajectory with the aim of becoming the leading delivery platform for parcel shipping in Europe. Achim Dünnwald brings with him a wealth of experience in parcel shipping, which will play a key role in helping the company to successfully implement its growth strategy.

Achim Dünnwald is currently Chief Operating Officer at the British Royal Mail. As a decision-maker in international shipping management, the 51-year-old has extensive expertise in the requirements of carriers in the international e-commerce environment and the handling of critical interfaces in the supply chain. He previously spent six years at Deutsche Post DHL Group, most recently as CEO DHL Parcel Germany and DHL Parcel Europe and before that as CEO Mail Communication and Mail International. In connection with DHL's international activities, he sat on the supervisory board of Relais Colis in France, among others. From 2000 to 2012, he worked at McKinsey, where he was a partner in charge of the German logistics sector and the global Post, Express, Parcel practice and worked for numerous logistics companies in Europe, North America and the Middle East.
