Since September 1, Sander Breugelmans has been responsible for the 5.7 million square meter real estate portfolio and manages all activities in Benelux, Germany and the Nordics region. In addition to working with the local teams, focusing on capital deployment and future growth, he continues to be responsible for the Benelux business as Country Manager. Sander Breugelmans joined Prologis in 2006 and has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company in Benelux.

The Northern Europe region has been headed by Bram Verhoeven since July 2018, who has built up a very high-quality, well-positioned portfolio with a strong, customer-oriented team.

"Bram Verhoeven has contributed significantly to our European business over the past 14 years, first supporting our customers in the Benelux and later all of our Northern European customers," says Ben Bannatyne, President Prologis Europe. "He has shaped the Northern Europe region into an industry-leading logistics portfolio that is well aligned with the unique needs of our customers and our strong commitment to the environment, sustainability and social responsibility. We thank Bram Verhoeven for his commitment and wish him all the best for his planned start-up activities. I am delighted that Sander Breugelmans is taking on the role of Regional Head Northern Europe - this is a testament to the strength of the team and the vast experience we have in the European market."
