New CFO for the Rhenus Group
Gilles Delarue will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Rhenus Group's Management Board with effect from September 1, 2024. He succeeds Egbert Bernsmeister, who is moving to sister company Saria, a member of the Rethmann Group, as Chief Financial Officer.
With over 15 years of management experience at the Rhenus Group, an international logistics service provider, Gilles Delarue brings extensive expertise to his new role as CFO. He also has valuable management experience from his work at Saria, where he has held key positions since 1998. He succeeds Egbert Bernsmeister, who has worked for the Rhenus Group as CFO and member of the Management Board for over 13 years and will now take over the role of acting CFO at Saria.
