Packaging by Quadient fills sales position
Packaging by Quadient, formerly Neopost, filled the position of International Senior Sales Manager DACH on April 1. Claus Weigel, an industrial engineer, will expand the sales activities of the French packaging technology provider in German-speaking countries.
The focus is on expanding structures, the network and business with the automated packaging systems CVP Impack and CVP Everest. The latter was recently launched on the market.
"We are delighted to have gained an expert for sales in Claus Weigel, who has a great deal of experience in both the CEP sector and intralogistics. He is an asset to our European sales team and will drive growth in the German-speaking region," emphasizes Richard Nijboer, Director of Sales and Operations at Packaging by Quadient.
Weigel gained professional experience at the mechanical engineering company Eisenmann and the publishing house Reader ́s Digest, among others. In 2001, he began his career at Deutsche Post DHL, where he was most recently Head of Strategic Partner Management.
