Logistics real estate developer repositions itself
Oliver Raigel strengthens intaurus
Oliver Raigel has been the new managing director and co-partner at intaurus since the beginning of January. With the former Realogis managing director, investor intaurus is strengthening its position in the project development, letting and sale of properties, as well as in the acquisition of existing properties and land.
"Oliver Raigel is a proven logistics real estate expert. With over 1.5 million square meters of warehouse, logistics, commercial and industrial space brokered, he has an impressive track record. I am therefore all the more pleased that I have been able to recruit him for intaurus," explains Hans-Wolfgang Niedermair, founder and Managing Director of intaurus.
Raigel spent 14 years at logistics consultancy Realogis in various management positions and has been Managing Director since 2008. The real estate specialist has set himself ambitious goals for his new role. "The scarcity of space throughout Germany is currently the bottleneck for every project developer. I will use my large network to gradually expand the radius for intaurus projects. My many years of nationwide activity with a focus on southern Germany and Hesse form an ideal basis for this. Another focus for me is the expansion of the existing portfolio," says Raigel, describing his intaurus vision.
