New Vice President Logistics for Berner Group
The Berner Group has gained an experienced expert in Jeroen Janssen Lok. As Vice President Logistics, he will drive forward the company's logistics offensive.
The Berner Group launched a European logistics offensive this year with the start of construction work on its new central warehouse in Kerkrade (NL). In the long term, the B2B company aims to supply its customers in the mobility, construction and industrial sectors in Europe within one ordering day. Jeroen Janssen Lok is to drive this project forward. Lok previously worked for the Metro Group and Global Warehouse and Logistics, among others. "From January 2020, his tasks will include the design and implementation of new logistics concepts as well as the optimization of existing logistics value streams," said Christoph Möltgen, the responsible member of the Management Board.
