Logix Initiative strengthens Management Board
The Logistics Real Estate Initiative (Logix) has gained a new board member in Andreas Brockhaus.
Above all, he contributes his experience and expertise in the construction and technologies of commercial real estate. Among other things, Brockhaus is helping to define and standardize ESG criteria for logistics properties. As a civil and industrial engineer with 25 years of experience in turnkey construction, Brockhaus has been a managing partner in various List Group general contractors over the past ten years.
As Managing Partner of List Bau Holding, he has been in charge of the List Group's entire general contractor business since 2022. Brockhaus is committed to BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based and digital methods as well as sustainable alternatives.
