Gazeley appoints Marie Luise von Knobloch-Keil as Asset Management Director

Gazeley, a global developer and investor of logistics real estate and distribution parks, has appointed Marie Luise von Knobloch-Keil as Asset Management Director for the Northern Europe region.

In this position, the real estate expert will be responsible for managing Gazeley's portfolio in Germany and the Netherlands. To further optimize the return on capital for the logistics real estate company's investors, she will employ industry-leading, innovative asset management strategies. At the same time, she will provide first-class customer service. She will report directly to Ingo Steves, Managing Director, Northern Europe, Gazeley, and will be based in Munich.

Marie Luise von Knobloch-Keil brings more than 13 years of professional experience in the real estate industry and will enrich the local team, whose business volume is continuously growing, with her professional skills. Before joining Gazeley, she was Senior Asset Manager at GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH in Munich for nine years, focusing on office and retail properties in Hungary and the Czech Republic as well as retail parks in Germany. Prior to that, she was Leasing Manager at ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H & Co. KG for four years.
