Four wins
Former COO of DB Schenker founds expert network "Corporate Navigators"
The logistics industry is undergoing radical change. The former COO of DB Schenker, Ewald Kaiser (pictured), founded the expert network "Corporate Navigators" to actively and profitably shape the associated challenges.
With the founding of Corporate Navigators, the logistics manager has returned from his nine-month break. With the help of an interdisciplinary approach, Kaiser wants to support logistics service providers in successfully mastering the complex tasks of digital transformation. "We see it as our mission to navigate logistics service providers safely through change processes so that they can profitably exploit the opportunities of digitalization," says Kaiser.
In addition to the founder and managing partner Kaiser, Leadership Navigator Silke Biedka is also part of the consulting network. Biedka has been supporting top business executives for 20 years. She has been increasingly active in the logistics sector for eight years and believes that the leadership skills of decision-makers are of enormous importance in the digital transformation. The financial expert and Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Partners, Gerard van Kesteren, is available to answer companies' financial questions. Van Kesteren worked at Kuehne + Nagel for 25 years, including as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board. As intensive dialog with the various stakeholders is necessary for the success of transformation processes, Robert Trenkel, an expert in change communication and Managing Director of the PR and marketing agency Sturmfest, completes the quartet.
