CNH Industrial appoints new Chief Executive Officer
CNH Industrial N.V. announces the appointment of Scott W. Wine as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 4, 2021. A proven leader with significant international experience across a wide range of industries, Scott Wine has an exceptional track record of success.
Scott Wine joins from Polaris Inc (NYSE: PII), where he has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2008 and as Chairman and CEO since 2013.
Prior to Polaris, Mr. Wine held management positions at United Technologies Corporation, Danaher Corp. and Allied Signal Corp. which became Honeywell International Inc. after a merger in 1999. He also served as a United States Naval Officer. Mr. Wine has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the United States, Europe and Asia.
