Packsize presents its automated solutions for online retail. The experts are countering the ever-increasing volume of shipments with more efficient and sustainable packaging processes.
Custom-fit cartons, individually manufactured for each shipment, offer advantages from picking to shipping Packsize offers "Packaging as a Service". Packaging lines for e-commerce and fulfillment are planned and implemented in partnership and individually. A wide range of automated cutting, erecting, filling and closing technologies can be efficiently integrated. The fully automated X7 packaging line produces up to 1,200 parcels of different sizes ready for dispatch per hour. This reduces labor-intensive steps in the packaging process. By implementing on-demand packaging processes, e-commerce and fulfillment can also reduce their environmental footprint. The custom-fit production of boxes reduces both parcel volumes and material consumption.
