K. Hartwall becomes majority shareholder in A&A

K. Hartwall Oy Ab, a Finnish provider of reusable transport logistics solutions, announced its acquisition of A&A Logistik-Equipment at the beginning of July. A&A is a German provider of logistics solutions for various industries. K. Hartwall's product portfolio is aimed in particular at retail and wholesale companies, postal logistics and the automotive industry. Industry leaders such as Schaeffler, Royal Mail, Havi Logistics and Bosch are among the customers of the company, which employs 160 people worldwide.
