In total, the P3 Kamen logistics park will comprise 130,749 m² of usable space when completed. At 84,049 m², the second construction phase is the larger part. The 12-metre-high halls will be built in three units with a maximum of 30,000 m² by autumn 2021. The first unit will be ready for occupancy in January 2020. With the new brownfield development, P3 is making better use of the site. The resource-efficient halls are sustainably designed in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard and are equipped with a heat-efficient outer shell, sensor-controlled LED lighting and water-saving technologies, among other things.

The first part of the logistics park with 46,700 m² is 80% leased to Arvato SCM Solutions. The provider of order-to-cash solutions for end-customer-oriented industries put four of the five hall modules into operation on October 1. Arvato SCM Solutions has a turnover of 1.6 billion euros and is part of Arvato, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bertelsmann and one of the leading international service providers with over 70,000 employees in more than 40 countries.

The P3 Logistics Park Kamen is located at Henry-Everling-Strasse 3 in 59174 Kamen. As part of the eastern Ruhr area, Kamen belongs to the district of Unna. The logistics center is in the immediate vicinity of the Kamener Kreuz junction. This is where the A1 motorway for north-south traffic and the A2 motorway for east-west traffic intersect. Dortmund and Düsseldorf airports are 13 and 40 kilometers away respectively. The space in the P3 Kamen logistics park is marketed by Logivest and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
