MOOG Pieper: New early fire detection system
MOOG Pieper, a provider of video and security systems, offers its customers an inexpensive and easy-to-use solution for early smoke detection with its "Early-Bird-Smoke-Catcher" fire detection system. The "Early Bird Smoke Catcher" uses an intelligent sensor system to register even the slightest development of smoke and reacts immediately with an alarm message so that a fire can be prevented or quickly contained. The system has its own watchdog counter, which checks the operating mode of the machines, reports a loss of focus and automatically reports dirty glass on the housing or cameras.
