Fires in storage areas lead to high levels of damage if fire detection and suppression do not respond as quickly as possible. With CalanMegaDrop from Calanbau, risks in free-standing warehouses and block storage facilities with single-walled and double-walled plastic storage containers with a storage height of up to 4.60 meters and a maximum roof or ceiling height of up to 13.70 meters can be efficiently protected. The system can also be used to effectively protect all risks of storage type ST1 up to fire hazard class HHS4 and a maximum permissible storage height of 4.40 meters with a maximum ceiling height of 13.70 meters, without the need to increase the water supply. The system works with extinguishing water without any additional foam admixture.
