Still accelerates from 0 to 1,000 kilos in under 4 seconds with E-Power
At the trade fair, Still GmbH will be presenting a B-frame with 100 percent electric lift for tugger trains that can be loaded on both sides. Electromobility is becoming a key topic. The advantages: Electric motors consist of far fewer parts than hydraulic motors with oil pressure and are therefore more reliable.
low-maintenance, cost-effective and clean. Still's tugger trains now also benefit from this. These consist of a tractor unit and several trailers as well as trolleys as transport containers. These trolleys were previously lifted hydraulically or pneumatically for the journey. This lifting process is now performed by an electric motor. Still is setting a new industry standard with the electric lift. The motor reduces the lifting time to four seconds for loads of up to one ton.
