Combilift: Combi-CS ideal for narrow aisles
Combilift, the Irish manufacturer of multidirectional forklift trucks, reach trucks and straddle carriers, is presenting the Combi-CS for the first time. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the pedestrian-controlled front loader can work in the narrowest aisle widths. It is designed to provide excellent visibility of the forks, the load and the working environment. A special feature of the Combi-CS is the multi-position tiller head developed and patented by Combilift with electronic steering and an integrated display screen. When placing and removing loads in narrow aisles, the powered rear wheel can be steered from the left or right and, unlike conventional pedestrian stackers, the operator remains at the side of the Combi-CS instead of between the truck and the racking. Larger Combilifts are also among the exhibits in Stuttgart. The multidirectional C-Series trucks are robust "workhorses".
