Susanna Schneeberger leaves KION Group
Susanna Schneeberger (46), member of the Executive Board of KION Group AG responsible for the Supply Chain Solutions (Dematic) segment and Chief Digital Officer for the digital transformation, is leaving the company. She has agreed with the Supervisory Board by mutual consent to end her work for the KION Group on March 31 due to differing strategic views.
"We would like to thank Ms Schneeberger for her work in further developing our Supply Chain Solutions segment and the cross-segment digitalization activities. Under her leadership, the SCS segment has been stabilized and its performance has improved significantly in terms of both growth and profitability. We wish her all the best for the future," said Michael Macht, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KION Group AG.
Gordon Riske, Chief Executive Officer of the KION Group, said: "Susanna Schneeberger has vigorously driven forward the Group's digital transformation and created a solid foundation and roadmap for the Group's further internal and external digital transformation. I would like to thank her very much for this."
The tasks of the former Supply Chain Solution and Digital Business Transformation departments will be integrated into the other Executive Board departments.
