Intralogistics with vacuum technology from Schmalz
Schmalz will be exhibiting mobile and stationary vacuum solutions for manual and automated goods handling - from small boxes and heavy crates to entire workpiece layers.
The proven and flexible vacuum tube lifter Jumboflex is back in the trade fair baggage: In combination with a new gripper for small load carriers (SLC), the Jumboflex facilitates the lifting and moving of R- and C-SLCs. The Jumboflex picker will be there for the first time: equipped with a battery, control technology and vacuum generation, the mobile tube lifter can be brought to the location where an ergonomic handling solution for loads weighing up to 40 kilograms is required using any order picker. Automated parts handling will be demonstrated by two cobots using the examples of bin picking and palletizing/depalletizing. The ZLW lightweight vacuum layer gripping system for use on lightweight robots is a new addition. Finally, the end-of-arm ecosystem Match combines a camera-supported handling solution for reaching into the crate.
