This mobile app gives the user an overview of all the cycle data for the belt splices. They can evaluate the results and thus optimize the processes. Flexco Europe's Novitool Aero is a solution for splicing thermoplastic belts made of plastics such as PVC or polyurethane, which are used in the food industry, for example.

Service technicians can put the heat press into operation quickly and easily. Depending on the material, the belt ends are spliced to a high standard in just seven to twelve minutes. This is ensured by the built-in fans, which cool the belt quickly after the welding process. With the aim of further increasing productivity and optimizing the reliability of the belt splice, Flexco Europe is now focusing on connectivity for this press series: the heating press connects to an easy-to-use mobile app via Bluetooth. The user can access and evaluate all cycle data of the belt splices via the Aero dashboard - this simplifies troubleshooting and thus improves the reliability of the belt splices.

The user can connect with Flexco Europe's experts at any time via Aero Connectivity. This provides comprehensive support for all optimization issues. The program can also be used to manage one or more Novitool Aero heating presses.
