Convertible conveyor technology
Cradle-to-cradle is a sustainable design concept that aims to design products in such a way that they can be reused endlessly - either in the same application or in new products without sacrificing quality.
Cellumation took this concept into account when developing the Celluveyor. The approach involves optimizing the materials used in the robot cell for recycling and reuse right from the design stage. Each cell can be completely dismantled and the individual components can be reused.
The high demand for robustness enables long product life cycles. The combination of modular, cell-based hardware with intelligent software also does justice to the sustainable approach. Genuine modularity enables maximum changeability and flexibility. Today a singulating system, tomorrow the same cell can be a sorting solution with new software; the hardware remains the same in every application.
