Ceratec relies on palletizing solution from cellumation
Ceratec has once again opted for a solution from cellumation. This is the second time that the Belgian family business has opted for the flexible conveying and positioning system.
Since the middle of last year, a cv.Depal from cellumation has been separating and orienting the pallet layers in the transition to a high-bay warehouse at a Ceratec customer in Belgium. As a key component of a newly built logistics warehouse for a beverage wholesaler, it has proven to be reliable and trouble-free. Due to the convincing performance as well as the compact size and simple integration, Ceratec has now once again opted for a solution from cellumation. Within six months, a cv.Pal will form different layer patterns at a Ceratec customer.
For high throughputs and different layer patterns
The cv.Pal is the latest product in the cellumation family and, according to the company, is characterized by its high performance. It orients each object precisely and transfers it to the downstream compacting unit. The cv.Pal is suitable for high throughputs and different layer patterns for different product classes. The layer pattern can be changed easily and at any time thanks to the software control. Its small size and few mechanical process steps represent a real competitive advantage.
