The Rollex Group presents new developments in the field of conveyor elements. The product focus is on driven and non-driven idlers, motorized rollers, drum motors and zero pressure accumulation system components and accessories. Rollex supplies rollers made of steel, plastic or
Stainless steel in diameters from 16 to 130 millimetres. You can choose between a sprocket wheel, toothed belt wheel, V-ribbed belt or round belt drive. It is also possible to apply different coatings. By using special oils and greases, the rollers can also be used for applications in temperature ranges from -30 to +200 °C. The MTL113 hybrid drum motor developed with partner Momentum Technologies will be presented as an innovation. This is a permanent magnet synchronous motor that can be operated directly from the mains or with a frequency converter (FC). The oil-free motor is energy-saving, has increased efficiency, a higher power density and complies with the new efficiency class IE4. Also on site: Rollex gravity roller conveyors and roller rails.
